Have you changed anything important in your user profile? I couldn't thank for a few days after I changed my email because I hadn't responded to the link that CP sent me to confirm the change.

I did change my email but I haven't gotten any emails from CP, how did you get the link?

They should have sent you a confirmation email after you changed it. Follow the link in it and you are done.
