What are the best options? Preferably that I don't have to sit on the phone and try to install something for them. They have MSN messenger.
Well most reputable online video chat/porn sites should be able to use whatever system the client wants to use.

Be sure to give them a low limit credit card you can easily cancel.

there is nothing that will sync with MSN on the mac as microsoft doesn't support video chat on the mac yet. Your best bet is skype which is free.

Supposedly a new version of msn messenger for mac is coming out that will support video chat. However, their last update regarding it was back in December of 2008.

I'm sure its on its way, because the corporate side of the MSN Mac client does video sharing, so its already in the codebase.
