I see it at the gym and it's usually guys who look like they're on roids or super skinny guys. But maybe the super skinny guys are just trying to make their muscles visible.

In talking to a friend who's a Physical Therapist, apparently, sucking in your gut is actually a good form of core workout. So guys, keep on sucking those guts in! Actually, I do that so much that I kind of subconciously do that even when I'm just walking normally.
