So does this mean you?
Every time it say's Driver in the Motor Vehicle act - this is what it means.
Same with Motor Vehicle - now look at a ticket YOU received with this definition.

Black's Law dictionary is not what defines our laws. Why do you think this? Unless it is specifically referenced in a law it is pretty much meaningless. Also employed has multiple meanings that you obviously don't understand. Your intelligence shines brightly...

The Motor Vehicle Act is a legal piece of work. It states the definition of driver in the context in which that document is presented.
That definition being: (k) “driver” means a person who is driving or is in actual physical control of a vehicle; [1]
These are a set of rules and regulations set forth to ensure that all people share the responsibility of preserving the safety of society in terms of motor vehicles.
You seem to feel that it's just the man pressing you down, but you can't seem to see that it's just a way to make sure everyone can work together harmoniously.
So in effect, what I'm saying here is, it doesn't matter what jargon you spew about Black's Law dictionary's.. the definition is not held there. It's held within the Motor Vehicle Act itself.
