I'm trying to build a playlist of songs to listen to at the gym. There are probably other past threads similar, but I couldn't find one.
This is what I've started with:
Don't it Make Ya Feel - Headpins
Kickstart My Heart - Motley Crue
Whatcha Do To My Body - Lee Aaron
Highway to Hell - AC/DC
Higher Ground - Red Hot Chili Peppers
More Human Than Human - Rob Zombie
Runnin' With the Devil - Van Halen
Take Me Out - Franz Ferdinand
I like to jump rope to Puddle of Mud and Godsmack. The tempo changes in the Puddle of Mud are great because I like to vary my jumping speed. Also cool for doing a basic boxing workout.
Aerosmith - Deuces are Wild
Blur - Song 2
Garbage - Cherry Lips
Garbage - Run Baby Run
Garbage - Sex is not the Enemy
Jurassic 5 - What's Golden
Katy Perry - Hot n Cold
Katy Perry - I Kissed a Girl
Killers - Human
Killers - All these Things that I've Done
Killers - Uncle Jonny
NIN - Dead Souls
Orgy - Blue Monday
Pop Will Eat Itself - Ich bin ein Auslander
Prick - Riverhead
Prick - Animal
Rammstein - Feuer Frei
Rammstein - Eifersucht
Stabbing Westward - Everything I Touch
Tricky - Evolution Revolution Love
Van Halen - (just about anything)
Andrew WK - (just about anything)
10 000 Strong - Iced Earth
War Machine - KISS
The Chase is Better than the Catch - Motorhead (well, you can't go wrong with anything by Motorhead)
Balls to the Wall - Accept
Battle Metal - Turisas
Perfect Strangers - Deep Purple
You've Got Another Thing Coming - Judas Priest
I Want it All - Queen
all guaranteed to get the blood and testosterone flowing

The other day Steven & Chris were on while I was on the treadmill. I was so annoyed with that stupid show that it gave me this strange burst of energy. It was a great run.

Listen to death metal. You will want to push harder and harder, the music is so terrible and angry you will want to just finish already, thus pushing harder.
I listen to Slayer. Fast aggressive music gets the blood going. Not to mention Slayer is godly.
