Default Habs re-sign all RFA's

The Habs were busy getting their RFA's signed before vacation and came to agreements with all players:

Rick Nash - 1yr deal worth $7mm
Nash is already rated a 72 and I don't think he goes up in ratings much more.

Anze Kopitar - 3yr deal worth $6.5mm
People forget how young Kopitar is. At 21 years of age, this superstar has amassed a lot of points and we only see better things from this guy.

Loui Eriksson - 3yr deal worth $5mm
It was great locking up my favourite player on the Habs. Surprised ppl being 5th in the NHL in scoring last year and can hopefully repeat that performance.

Duncan Keith - 1yr deal worth $6.5mm
This was a tough one for me, I guess I don't see Keith's ratings going up a ton more, if only a few pts so I would rather have savings now.

Brent Burns - 3yr deal worth $5mm
If not for Burns' concussion last year, we felt he would have progressed more. I expect big things from this talented d-man.

Jonas Hiller - 1yr deal worth $4mm
This goalie hada breakout season last year but is 27 so we want to lock him up next year to a long term deal.

Denis Seidenberg - 1yr deal worth $2mm
This d-man had a breakout year last year and established himself as a Top 4 d-man. Can he repeat this year? Is also 27

Kris Russell - 3yr deal worth $0.75mm
This puck-moving d-man will quarterback the Jackets PP, this deal will be a steal in 2 years.

Corey Crawford - 3yr deal worth $1.2mm
This is likely too much but Crawford is on our AHL squad so it doesn't impact us much. I expect him to be the backup for the Hawks and this deal will look cheap next year.

I like most of these contracts Curtis. Interesting call on Hiller though, if he becomes the #1 then a 3 year deal would look solid. However if he busts then he becomes a very expensive backup. Hopefully this season he shows you who he really is and then essentially makes the decision for ya! Eriksson/Burns could have great contracts in their 3rd years.

The way I look at it, if Hiller breaks out this year and becomes a #1 tender, then I can move Nabokov and sign Hiller to a bit more expensive deal. I'd rather have a #1 tender avoid UFA period as long as possible....if this scenario happens I'd be pretty happy having two #1 tenders on the squad.
