As long as your bro doesnt try out Akon's patented auto tune machine he should win over the fans rather easily.

He sure doesn't look happy. I don't think you'd be able to wipe the smile off my face if I had an opportunity like that.

Meh, I posted it before. I'm quite comfortable thanks, not mad at all.

Put people down? Good one... I just don't understand why people don't wear their hats properly anymore.

Properly! what world are you living in? get with the times...I guess you'd like a world full of people that dress and look the same, seems boring to me.
I've seen numerous hockey player doing interviews with their hats backwards...I've never heard of people saying anything about them. take your negativity and old fashion mind and try to get with the times, this ain't the 70's oh wait why did people back then wear bell bottoms? everyone should be wearing straight leg jeans and women should always be in dresses while cooking for their men

Reminds me of a girl I know who met Mike Muir from Suicidal Tendencies years ago. The guy was pretty happy to meet a fan and was joking around with her. She had her picture taken with him and in the picture he was posing like he was so mean and tough...lol.

Congrats to your brother, please ask him if he can slap those DJ's next time he's in the studio. Idiots like that are the reason I don't listen to the radio anymore.

Tell your brother that he has no future as a gangster rapper coming from Calgary. If he wants to become famous or whatever he needs to do something original instead of just copying what is popular. It's called product diversification, if you do what everybody else does then you get what everybody else gets, and that's crap all.

Tell him to pick up a guitar or something, and drop that girl singing in the background crap. With the path he's on right now he will max out his career with maybe getting paid $100 bucks to sing at some 16 year old's birthday party.

Really? JFlow is not even close to a "gangster rapper" style. Listen to Westside Connection, NWA, etc. to hear gangster rap. JFlow seems to be somewhere in the TI range of rappers where it is a mix of rapping/R&B.

I'm sure FireItUp could say for sure more than I could but it seems he is not going to the gangster type role. If he is than he is failing that because he produced and sang a song (Always Care) that you would typically find in night club not some guys CD deck in Compton.

I'm curious how picking up a guitar would help him in anyway besides changing his genre just to please a few people that wouldn't be listening to his stuff anyways.

It seems the path he is on is pretty good from what I can see. He released his teaser for his "Always Care" single 3 weeks ago (according to youtube video info) and so far he has been on a few radio stations and got to sing live for an Akon concert.

Akon being that guy who was probably in the exact same position JFlow is right now, but Akon has now sold 6,000,000+ records world wide in the last 5 years.

I say tell your brother to keep up the hard work and sing the music HE wants to sing and enjoys. If he doesn't love the music he is doing or signing how do you expect him to be successful?
