We were kinda worried but the staff when we booked moved us all in the same area away from the noise of the night club, we had about 8 rooms and it was pretty tame outside at the club and the strip club.

The really nice thing is that the kids were in the pool, well overtook it, and the families were all sitting in the corner 'hiding' our booze in plastic cups and drinking/being voisterous until 11pm.

So really it worked out great and honestly since the parents like to have fun when they can it was perfect for us.

Plus how can you go wrong with a nightclub, a stripclub and a liquor store all attached to the hotel??

Oh and Ev he plays triple A peewee somewhere in southern BC

That reminds me...Tupelo Honey and Nazareth are both playing at Wild Bill's in Red Deer. You know your career has gone down the pisser when...

This is for you Victoria CPers. I was there when the old Red Lion burnt down. My friends and I were out on the town in what became a legendary night, forever after known as "A-Game One".

I remember watching flames shoot out the roof of the Lion as we ran around variously trying to get on local TV, convince the police that it was an inside job and we had proof, and ascertain that "all the naked ladies were OK."

It's marginally better than Daysland.

Only thing good to come from this city is the Rebels.

I'm famous, too. If you google my real name, there are dozens of hits. I think I'm also in google photos.
