If we can get a fairly good deal, then we'll proceed further with official orders and cash collection. To stay transparent with the community with this process, I'm going to need a volunteer or two to help me out with this one (preferably well recognized member(s) of the boards, for accountability purposes).

if you know a couple of sources for jerseys, don't be afraid to shop them against eachother.

Take this deal and tell a diff company about it, take their "better" deal and tell the next company and so on. even get the best deal and show it to the first company. I save a sh*t ton of money doing this for expensive items

You guys should have just bought from River City, they had replicas customized for $130. Not even incorporating group discount. But Cool Hockey is legit and very good at what they do.

Thank you for the suggestion of River City; Could you inform everyone next time when the offer is actually valid though? Making such a statement is just like a slap in the face.

The sale was on for 4 days or so, it would have been too tight to book a large order. But you can use it against Coolhockey to try and get a better deal because I know it can be done, if you are getting 20+ jerseys premier replicas, you should be able to muster better then 10% and free shipping, cool hockey regularly puts premiers on sale for $79, use that + $60 customizing and then a 10%-15% group buy discount on top. $130 per jersey all in I think is very fair on all accounts. Then say you are looking at other options (River City and IceJerseys who are willing to negotiate a group deal). Then you can thank me for the apparent slap.

Thanks for trying to help out; IceJerseys however has said that they can't budge on the price.
I'm still waiting on more quotes; but for the moment...we will proceed with the lowest price point available.

Sorry for breaking your rule, but I just wanted to comment that a lot of the interest is there conditional on what the final price will end up being... so I think it's good to gauge that interest because you can approach the stores with an educated guess on the number of jerseys available, and come back with the final price.

Maybe a better way of doing it would be to approach a store and get a range of prices.

40 jerseys at $140 apiece
50 jerseys at $125 apiece, etc...

That way we can set targets and people who may be on the fence (such as myself) could step up to make up the missing numbers.
