Awesome man, grats!
Out of curiosity, how does the GSM part of it work? Do you know someone with a Rogers or Fido account that can test their SIM card in your phone and see if it switches over like GSM phones are supposed to do?
Actually, never mind that. It would have to be unlocked first. ><

I have no idea...I'm still figuring out how to put in contacts! LOL!
Does anyone know how to add new themes to the Tour? Where I can get them, etc, etc? There was another thread with a CalgaryPuck theme, but I don't think it'll work on the Tour

So far I really like the Tour. The software is much better than what I had on the Curve. I heard so much about how awesome the keyboard was. At first I didn't think it was that great. This morning I had to take a bunch of notes with it and I must say that the keyboard is very easy and comfortable to type on.
The screen is crystal clear, the best I have ever seen on any smart phone. Even pictures I had on my memory card that I took with my Curve look much cleaner and sharper on the Tour compared to the Curve.
One new feature I really like is the Bedside Mode. You can customize the clock to stay on with a very soft light. Not only has the BB replaced the alarm. It has replaced the alarm clock. There is a lot of new stuff for me to discover, but I have to say that this phone is excellent so far.

I was going to PM Halifax Drunk and ask him. The only thing I missed on my Tour when I powered it on was the black flaming C.

Someone should start a BlackBerry Tour thread.

Ok, I give up...for now.
I've looked all around the web and it doesn't look like there are any themes available for the Tour, yet.
Suckage!

That is one negative about a new device hot off the press. I downloaded a few apps that I used on my Curve that won't work on my Tour. I'll just have to be patient.

Well I've had the Tour now for 2 days...and I love it!
This coming from a guy that used a flip-phone his entire life. I didn't think I'd get used to the look and feel of a BlackkBerry, but now I don't know what I did without it!

Its only on Bell though.

iTunes already broke Palm Pre's compatability.

Well, because its on Telus, the Tour has jumped to the top of my list.
I'm still looking though, and hoping Telus gets an Android phone very soon.

Ok, so the handset is open for any software developer to develop software for the handset? I think I see what you mean.
