Nice!.....and btw what the hell does the last part of your sentence mean. According to you Johnny Cash is our "geezer", so you're saying that Johnny Cash is getting offended?

Seriously? Do you not see this? Saying you're posting the "most civil" responses is mind bendingly dense. No worries, this thread will be locked too soon. I just hope you go sell crazy in a thread I don't use.
Man, you're doing an excellent job trolling, I will give you that.
I can't believe I'm going to say this: I actually preferred DESS. *shudder*

If Jackson had quit after Thriller I would agree with some of what you saying, but he ruined his own legacy and his final album was quite frankly about as good as an album that featured me making fart sounds with my arm pit.
Was he an icon and a force in the 70's and 80's? Sure, after that he was average at best.
Besides there is no comparison between the beatles and Michael Jackson.
EDIT: if it was the other way around, people would talk about the time frame. The beatles were awsome, but there is no way they could ever compare to Michael Jackson.
The Beatles sold about 700 million albums to MJ's 200 million
The Beatles had 8 albums that sold 20 million plus records to MJ's 5
The Beatles sold three times more records in America then MJ (156 million to about 54 million)
The Beatles had 20 #1 singles to Jackson's 13
The Beatles had 19 U.S. number 1 Albums to MJ's 4
The Beatles spent a total of 128 weeks at the number 1 position on the US Album charts to Jackson's 19
The Beatles achieved their numbers based on an 8 year career compared to Jackson's 20 year career.
There is no comparison between the Beatles and Michael Jackson. The only thing that Jackson wins at is dancing.

You made a good post, but it's the total opposite.
I think Mj SUCKED after 1993. He was done, but his albums had that appeal. You could play a song from the 80's and people love it.
His songs pretty much will stand the rest of time.
How can he have over 30 out of the top 50 songs after he dies? 400 Million debt cleared in less than 2 months.

See. A thing like this can post without any infractions, but I'll get one quick for nothing.

I think I literally went years without hearing a single Michael Jackson song on the radio.... I can't say the same about the Beatles.

That's because you have to click on that little yeild sign under my username. That's how you report a post, then I'll likely get an infraction.....and it will be worth it.

Yeah you probably did, but is anybody bugging you for it? I heard a Cash song a few days ago and I loved it.
I never heard one before.

Don't worry I've been reporting at least a couple of your posts a day for weeks now. Eventually you'll get banned.
Yes, I know that has nothing to do with this thread, I just wanted to sound as ridiculous as everything else I've read in this thread.
Seriously though all the people calling this guy an idiot, ahole, moron etc need to slow down a bit. No sense in having good posters get banned, let the guy dig his own hole.

You did whine, you complained that a post like mine doesn't get an infraction, while your posts do get them. That's whining...you whined.

Doesn't mean I'm a fanboy. I like all artists.

Did you read the rest of my post?
I'm an Entrepreneur. I've been to Graceland, some places in India (I'm East Indian), etc. I respect people who have been successful. What's wrong with that?
