How do you hit on girls while at work? Not girls who work with me (it is only like 4 of us guys), but customers. I tell my friends that it is unprofessional/creepy, but they keep telling me to hit on some. Tips?

Depends on where you work, I think. I tend to agree with you that it is almost never appropriate to hit on a girl while you're working, but if you're getting all kinds of 'go' signals, then something very simple and very direct is probably the best way to go:

"I've never done anything like this before, but (insert compliment here) and would you like to have coffee sometime?"

It's nice, it's somewhat professional and it's not going to creep them out too much.

Another thing I'd like to add is that it is really, really, REALLY inappropriate to hit on women if THEY are working. This is particularly true if they work in the service industry. They are at work, they are obligated to be nice to you, it's a terrible, terrible position to put another person in.

Being serious though, my boss always tells me to talk it up with girls when they come in, I just don't know what to talk about while at work, just comes off as creepy. But then again one of my co-workers tells women they are "very beautiful" sometimes and they like it.

I am guy, it was a poor chance for humor.

I work at a pizza place. I do everything except make the pizzas. Technically I am the manager so I usually just sit around.

Hell I'm a delivery driver here in Lethbridge (part time student job) and I flirt with the waitresses/female customers all the time. I've gotten a few dates out of it.
