And for reasons that probably only a few people know, Flameswin could have got into some penalty trouble during The Incident. It wasn't anything physical or verbal.

It was quite the gong show. Apparently, our guy thought he was playing baseball and the ball was a dude's head. Think Chris Simon, only to the side of the helmet. He got two match penalties. It was pretty bad. Not that it justifies what happened, but their guy did crosscheck him deliberately in the chops after our goal.

I was going to say it was more similar to Marty McSorley on Donald Brasher, only he did it twice instead of once.

Yes. How no one saw you fly out of the bench, fling your gloves angrily on the ice, and join the fracas is beyond me!

Although that Stouch guy was trying to get you kicked out

Key of the game:

When AJ slapped the goalies helmet down the ice, he went after him and wanted blood... I was right beside their goalie and tripped his feet up and sent him flying. It was comical.

Yeah, I knew Tristan was going to try and hit one of our players hard, he was joking about it at our last Saints game, but I never knew it would be the beginning of a complete gong show.

No, I emailed the league to see what's up, and he said he hasn't recieved the scoresheet yet.

We should only lose Joey though right? I don't think anyone else was close enough to 30 mins.

Also, I'm going to try and get a hold of Jeff M, and if he's not coming you should see if Erik can make it.

Well, I did double my penalty minutes total for the season last night...

The Saints lose 3 to suspensions:

1) Tristian (He got at least 30 pims)

• Two for rough
• Two for unsportsmanlike
• Ten for unsportsmanlike
• Two for rough
• Two for rough
• Ten for misconduct

Ok, so 28 pims in 1 game. I find it hard to believe he doesn't have at least 2 other pims in 6 games the way he plays.

2) #4 (Recipient of Joey's swing)

• Gross misconduct
• Major cross check
• Bunch of other minors

3) #77 (Snowboard pants dude)

• Major fighting

4) #77 (Our team)

• Match penalty for attempt to injure
• Match penalty for attempt to injure
• gross misconduct
• He got something else for trying to get at the dude at the glass

Either way, at least 3 suspensions from last night, and most likely 4. 3:1 ratio not so bad for us

Joey is officially screwed. He'll never play a puckers game again.
