You can usually get replacement valves/regulators at any home improvement store. Some are obviously brand specific, so bring in the info you would need, or the part itself.
You could also try a local propane supply shop, many carry accessories/parts.

Dumb question, but are you absolutely sure there's propane in the tank?
Have you also disconnected and reconnected the regulator to the tank?

^^^^^ I agree, I'll bet it's the regulator. Mine did the same thing about 2 yrs ago, luckily, somebody figured a good place to toss a neglected bbq was behind my work, I took the reg. with hose off this junked bbq and hooked it up to mine. still working today.
I'm getting a Nat. GAS hookup any day now, and have the natural gas bbq (almost) ready to go, the minute that happens, you can have my propane bbq and tank.

I'm totally sure the tank is full. I filled in a couple of days before using it. I haven't disconnected and reconnected the reg to the tank. What would that do?

As BW suggested, make sure you have tank and BBQ burners on off. Then turn on tank, followed by burners. Maybe even try this a couple times, as your BBQ/regulator may have a safety feature that is either broke/or stuck.

Like Flames89 said, the regulator could just be stuck. It has a safety shut off built in. If it remains under pressure, with has between is and the tank valve, it can stay that way no matter what you do. By removing it and reconnecting it, you remove the possibility of existing pressure keeping it blocked.

you can always try tapping the regulator with your finger too. Sometimes that works.

Thank you. I'd also figured out the problem was the regulator on mine but hadn't gotten around to figuring out a replacement strategy. I'll try your suggestion.

Just buy this. for $200 bucks its an amazing buy and anyone who thinks they need more than this is being silly. People with LCD's on the front of their BBQ's need a good ol'fasion bitch slap.
