I never received a why, a sorry any type of remorse. This wasnt from just one person but from 3 different people. I have never had such poor service and such a bad attitude from this company as I have bought all of my chemicals and parts from them for over 5 years.
I guess customer loyalty no longer exists and I am as the consumer am really really dissappointed. Needless to say if your going to by a hot springs spa ....dont go there!!!

Spa deliverd today!! I thought I would be happier but here's the problem.
JETS DONT WORK.....OZONATOR DOESNT WORK ....they charged me for a NEW GFI power panel ....I already have one.
The delivery guys were swearing in front of my son and my wife.
I just dont get it. What the >>>> kind of service does 4K get you for a new hot tub.
ANyway, apparently its SUPPOSED TO GET FIXED TOMORROW
Good god I hope so.
