Default Stampede Parade / Grounds
Does anyone know if the grounds are open during the parade? The website says 9am opening on the grounds, but I've heard from several people that the grounds are closed during the parade,

Does anyone have any definitive answers?

The grounds open at 9am once the parade is done.

so the parade is finished at 9? I thought it started at 830.

It starts at 855 am according to the website.
