Adding a Spreadsheet

How I would add something like an Excel spreadsheet (or some kind of table) to a post?

I can't seem to get anything to work.

I have searched on the topic, but the only thing I could find was a recommendation to convert an Excel table into a .gif - but I'm not sure how to do that either!

Have your Excel spreadsheet open to where you want to copy it

hit the PrtScn button.

Open Paint

Paste

select the section out that you want and copy/cut it

Open a new file in paint

Paste

Save to gif

Upload to Flickr etc
