Nice pick, I was going to choose that as my American car. I decided on the Charger, but the Viper is an excellent car.
Too bad it got canned and will be going out of production soon.

In the category of Sedan team Custom Carb is proud to select:
The G-Power Hurricane BMW M5
The ultimate in subtle power, the Hurricane M5 is the fastest road-legal BMW on the planet. Normally the M5 pushes an astonishing 507 hp, but the Hurricane has been tuned-up to deliver a staggering 730 hp and was clocked at the Papenburg speed bowl exceeding 225 mph. The G-Power crew insist the car is capable of speeds over 250, but light-snow kept the speed down on the day the record was set.
All this without any ridiculous farings, spoilers or other fluffery to spoil the grace of the bimmer's lines.

Yeah, I grabbed the STi in round three. If you want to take a specific race-tuned STi for your race-car, such as Colin McRae's Subaru, I'd be cool with that.
I'd even be fine with you taking the basic WRX as your Asian car, as I've already got the WRX STi

In the Category of British Car team Custom Carb is proud to select:
The Ascari A10
Built by British manufacturer Ascari, whose mission is to develop both pure race-cars and road-legal race cars, the A10 was built to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the company.
Powered by a 600 hp BMW engine and featuring a sequential manual gearbox the A10 is capable of speeds up to 220 mph and has a 0-60 time of 2.8 seconds.
In addition to being one of, if not the, quickest supercars on the planet (the A10 currently holds the second-fastest time ever on the Top Gear track), the A10 is one of the best-looking - even though it's only available in "look at me" yellow with black racing stripes.
Purchasing an Ascari will not only get you noticed on the streets, but will also grant you membership to the Ascari Racing Resort. A purpose-built, five-star facility in southern Spain, which is a combination race-track and luxury resort hotel.

Ah, don't know what to decide on next but why not, for my next round this car was kinda unexpected for me but yes, it'll be the Audi R10 TDI for the Race Car category. Apparently it has won almost every race ever since it was put out on the Le Mans race.

Nice pick Psycho... I had that as my sleeper race car pick. Oh well, I will have to go to Plan B.
I also really like the Ascari A10.

That's a sweet car, the R10 is the successor to the R8 which won 5 Le Mans between 2000 and 2006, losing to the R10 in '06, and gave its name to the current top-of-the-line Audi R8 road car.
Somebody took the R8 road car for their garage didn't they? Who was that... oh yeah, ME!
