Interesting... I'm going to guess that it's an art installation rather than an actual point of interest sign. I can't imagine a PoI being posted for such subject matter, especially in more or less poetic form.

In a room near this spot? It should say in a vehicle in the parking lot directly behind that sign and to the right. I used to park there all the time when I used to frequent the French Maid in the early 90's. We used to call the area by the wall facing west, furthest from the street "condom corner". There must have been hundreds of them scattered all over the place.
