Golf Channel HD on Bell - It WAS there...now it's gone?

it was only a free preview, you have to add the other hd package to receive it.

Seems fine for me. Also the Open is on TSN or NBC, GolfChannel has nothing to do with showing it.

Golf channel had earlier preround coverage this morning. It's not even in the guide...And I don't have it set to 'show all subscribed'. I'll call, I just hate doing so.

I'm on the old plan where I get HD for $10/mo. I'm supposed to get all HD channels that I subscribe to in my SD packages but Bell changed the rules so now you have to subscribe to their HD packages of which there are now 5. You can get 4 of them for $10 or the 5 for $15 but some of the HD stations still have to include the SD themes for you to get them. It's a mess and a bit of a rip off as far as I'm concerned. I've also lost Showcase HD and NGeographic HD which I shouldn't have as Bell changed the rules after the fact. The long and the short, phone and complain but you'll probably have to upgrade your HD packages to get these three stations back.

Myself, I don't find these channels critical so I'll wait a while to see how things shake out with any more new channels. Also I have a years deal at 30% off and going by previous experience, any change in my programming could nulify my deal.

Just for the record, the "All Channels" view of the guide should more accurately be called "All of the channels you subscribe to, plus a handful of other ones we have picked at random. But certainly not close to "all" of the channels."
