I usually find this stuff out from non-link-worthy sources (mostly blogs) so I don't link them, and most stuff can be found easily enough by searching.
http://mlbastian.mlblogs.com/ is terrific for "just the facts" kinda info, and he is absurdly prolific.
(Is prolific the right word for "posts a lot of good stuff" ?)

Downs might still go the DL, Accardo still won't get promoted.

The TV just said Accardo is on a plane coming up.

they keep getting hurt like this, they'll be calling up Nuke Laloosh. Unreal, all 5 starters out.

Oh he pitched alright. They just had him wear a mask and Richmond's jersey so they could get the extra roster spot. I mean....look at the box score, that was Leroy.

no doubt. Richmond needs to channel Halladay more often, what a great performance. I happily picked him up in my baseball pool on the weekend.

I was going to buy a sports select ticket for a BJ loss and a Yankee win, hooray for getting stuck at work!

4-3 Phillies.
Protip: Walking the pitcher with 2 outs is bad.

Wow. Brutal umping there.
Bastista goes up 3-0 with the bases loaded and then gets 3 straight balls that are all called strikes to strike-out.
That could be the difference in the game.

Brutal hitting. If at any point you're looking for a walk you deserve the strike out.

LOL. Give me a break.
Walking is a huge part of baseball, like it or not.
And what do you expect a hitter to do when every pitch he gets is 2-4 inches off the plate? It's pretty damn hard to hit those pitches so you take them and expect a competent ump to give you your walk.

It doesn't matter now since Wells and Rolen have both come up with big hits.
7-5 Jays with the bases still loaded, 0 out.

Rios hits a would-be sac fly, Wells gunned down at the plate.
Overbay follows that by re-loading the bases with a walk. (brutal?)
