How do I make an animated .gif with Adobe Photoshop 7.0?

I am a really slow learner so I'll literally need step by step help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems there's a free chapter online of a book about Photoshop 7.. and seems that the free chapter is about animated GIFs! ^_^

It's your lucky day.. I have no idea if it's any good though, never used PS to make an animated GIF.

You can't do it with Photoshop... you do it with imageready. I've never done it before so I won't be much help.
