While I vehemently contend that the drawing of blood was purely accidental, I must, however, make note that not only did he first try to break my neck by hitting me from behind and slamming me head-first into the boards, I was merely protecting my face from his attempt to knock out my teeth with a cross check. I just dodged his blows. Also, it is clear he spat blood all over me, including my face. I'm really not sure a guy like that should be playing in this league. Looking back to his actions VS AJ previously, it's clear he was only out there to fight or get into some sort of confrontation. I won't back down from that crap. But the reason I sent the apology over was because I firmly believe that people shouldn't be hurt in rec hockey games... even if that person just previously tried to hurt you.

I've been on the phone with health link because i got his blood in my mouth. They say the odds of getting something from that are next to zero.

I can't see any other way to get that much splatter of blood over such a wide area. It's all over my jersey and equipment. It's not like it was a close-quarters battle. Unfortunately, I didn't see him spit on me... but it's likely he did. If I would have seen it, i would have dropped them right there.

Yeah I'd bring that up with the league so atleast they have record of it.

FWIW...chance of picking something up through bodily fluids with something like that is 0.03% i believe if I remember the lecture at work.

I'm not going to make a fuss about it unless they do.

I am sorry to break the news but the reason Jayems has no longer been sending motivational emails is because he has recently found out the results from his bloodwork. All the best bud...

ahahahaha on other news, anyone hating these long breaks?

Oh and if anyone wants to know what a puckers trip to vegas would be like, you have to go see the hangover...

Then play on two teams. Justin's only going to have 13 players on the winter roster for the Saints, first come first serve, with a $100 deposit.

I'm pretty sure some wussy virus like AIDS is no match for my gastro-intestinal system. Plus, I had the hep well before this anyways.

I'm going back into a cocoon on the ice. I don't want to get 12 mins in penalties and get suspended.

Hmm... late August / early September is terrible for me on account of getting hitched.

Well, it's pretty much official that we're getting the Raiders (1-4) and the Fire (0-5), from div 4, and the Saints from div 6.

Unfortunitly, the Saints are now 5-0, and will carry those points to our division, so even if we win on Monday, we'll have 6pts, they'll have 10.

The good news is the guys that play on both teams get to still play for both teams, including playoffs (unless we play eachother).

I am on the Raiders. We are worse then the Fire... the only reason we beat them was because I called my buddy and he got 4 goals and 1 assist.

In case you missed my email, AJ is coming on Monday.

Have we had any people drop yet or are we faced with 14 players for the first time in the young season?
