You know, the saddest part of that video, for me, is that Bonnie Tyler's hair in that?
I have women regularly who come into my salon and that's the look they want.

There's a whole bunch of these "literal" music videos on youtube. Some other good ones are "Take On Me" by A-Ha, "Head Over Heels" by Tears for Fears, and "White Wedding" by Billy Idol.

I openly love it! Bonnie Tyler is fantastic, and who doesn't indulge in a little Jim Steinman now and then?
Hilarious stuff though.

Ok, I found another. The A-Ha one is good, but I'm a big Meat Loaf fan, so check this one out:

So... Should I watch it? I'm looking for general consensus before I either miss out on epic hilarity or subject myself to something that'll make me want to kill.

Ok, I can't enough of these.
This video further proves that they didn't play their own instruments!

Brilliant.
I remember Cate Blanchett singing a Bonnie Tyler song in a movie with Billy Bob Thornton (Bandits).

I'm partial to a-ha's "Take on Me" version that was done, especially the comic book part

What's scary is that that song is written by the same guy who wrote "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and "Making Love out of Nothing At All"
And when you think about it - you realize that is the secret. They all sound basically the same. What's even scarier is the fact that I know this.

There's nothing wrong with enjoying a little Air Supply from time to time

My friend got dragged by his wife to an Air Supply concert in Toronto. At intermission, people were invited up on the stage for autographs etc. He was possibly the only man in the audience - it was him and a few hundred phillippino women. He lingered too long, and when the band started up again, he was alone on stage with Air Supply!
