E3 has always been an industry trade show. The companies show off their games with the main intent of generating interest at retailers; getting consumers interested was always secondary. Kiddie games sell well, hence they have a place in key note for Nintendo.
Frustrating, I know.
Edit: beat to the punch twice. I guess that's why they have the preview button. I'll put something here that isn't a waste of space.
I'm oddly not despising Nintendo this time, but they have plenty of time to make me angry again. I'm hoping that whatever RPGs they are trying to dish out aren't a piece of crap.
