Wow. This thread is just getting painful to read. Of course there are idiots in every segment of society. Thats clear after reading most of this thread..
That guy IS the same as a guy who has skinhead tattooed on his stomach. They both lack intelligence, one chooses to show everyone right away, the other chooses to make you get to know him before you can tell he is an idiot. But at the end of the day they are both stupid, racist and probably a little crazy.
Guess what there are also stupid, racist crazy people who have NO tattoos.
Oh they are also the same in another way, they judge people based on appearance.
Just for the record I am not trying to compare people hating tattoos to racism, because obviously racism is completely different.
Just an observation.
It's clear to me that there is no real discussion here. At the end of the day, people are narrow minded, and thats not going to change anytime soon. You would think that in this day and age people could get past something so trivial.
It's times like this that I'm glad I have large visible tattoos (when I'm not at work) because that will ensure narrow minded, redneck, religious nuts stay away from me.
Now I guess I'm the one judging.

This is a prime example of why children should never be permitted to get tattoos. When I was 14 I had feathered hair and wore pink shirts. Goes to show you how little I knew about being cool.

Sorry to upset you, my comments were very, very tongue-in-cheek. Obviously anyone who is a skinhead is an idiot, whether they have tattoos proclaiming it anywhere on their body or not. That was pretty much entirely my point, although I tried (unsuccessfully?) to word it as joke.
Also I'm don't really think I'm close-minded, a red-neck, or religious. In defense of myself regarding the last line of your post. Perhaps bad at making jokes, but I'd stop the accusations around that point.
