Theres plenty of street bike posers with no mechanical knowledge. I wouldnt be surprised if theres one dumb enough out there to do it.

Yep. Every forum has those. Guys with 4 digit post counts, haven't been around a year, and know nothing. 2000 posts in one year (which he's done) averages to over 5 per day.
