Two Florida cops rescue man from burning home

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- It was not firefighters but police officers who rushed into a burning Daytona Beach home to pull 60-year-old Dean Sweeney to safety. The house fire started just before midnight in Daytona Beach on Ridgewood Avenue (see map).

And in another feel good story, the RCMP named a new police dog "Brock" after one of the fallen four.

That can't be right, it didn't mention them beating him afterwards.... and they don't mention how the fire started!!!

Edit: They said it was electrical. THEY TASERED HIM FIRST!!!! OMG!

Actually this is just a story about the common hero's who patrol our streets (and..well, the streets in Florida too). 99.9% of them are good people and most of them are good cops, it's time they get a little credit.
