I think the Sliders will only be for offline. But I hope they do something about the stick lift online. I play some people and when I have the puck, they will press it right away, and no matter what position they have on me, it works. I get the puck stolen about 10 times, so I stick lift back and I end up getting a high sticking penalty. It annoys the hell out of me. I hope they bring some damn consistency to the officiating in the game. I know they are going for real life, which is inconsistency, but it would be nice to actually have good officiating for a change.
Same with the pokecheck, they need to edit it. At the end of the pokecheck, when your stick is coming back, right near the end, if it gets ANYWHERE near the players skate, he will dive like he was in the olympics. I can understand if I poke your skates, but I hate how after I finish poking and start to bring the stick back, it still has the same effectiveness, and I think more so to trip someone.
Other than that, they are fixing the defenceman downlow, so people can't just skate around the corner anymore until he leaves and glitch goal me.
