Killarney

So I need a new place, and I'm scouting a basement suite in Killarney.

Anyone have any advice on the area?

I live in Shaganappi which is just north of Killarney. Killarney is a really good neighbourhood. It's close to downtown if that's where you work or will be working, easy access into downtown via bus or bike. Westbrook mall has all the basics you need and Westhills/Signal Hill is not far away if you need anything else. Bunches of restaurants and a couple of pubs around which are good. Plus the pool has undergone recent reno and has pretty decent facilities from what I hear.

My sister lives in Killarney--I'm actually thinking of buying her condo. It's a nice area, convenient to everything.
