If this goes ahead I would mind trying this. I'm no car expert but there is probably a much smaller chance of me getting into trouble with this draft then the Hottie one.

You're already in trouble with the grammar police.

Maybe add a <$20,000 USD category too.

I'm assuming it would the price categories would be limited to new car MSRPs for simplicity... to me that's too much like having a 70+ category in the hottie draft. IMO <$20,000 you're basically drafting Sentras and whatnot that are pretty ordinary. Or maybe I just haven't done my reasearch?

No, there really isn't anything good for under $20,000 (new that is). And if someone tells me a Kia is good, I am going to come to your house and break your neck.

That's the trick, find the "best" vehicle you can for under $20,000

Yeah, but why have a category that forces you to pick something that nobody wants? I like the <$50,000 because there are some sweet cars in the category that aren't super expensive. You don't want an "Edmonton girls" category in the hottie draft, so a <$20,000 car draft category, IMO, doesn't make much sense either.

*disclaimer* There's actually some great women from Edmonton, but it's CP so I had to.

Now that's funny.

They did have Train Wrecks as a category... So... You never know.

I'm in...

I can find cars in much less time than a hottie draft.

my car is <20 000 .....and I like it. Obviously I would rather drive an Aston Martin, but just because it's the kind of car most people drive doesnt make them bad

I'm so in on this one. I like the idea of a sub 20k category... or perhaps a sub 5k "used" category: the awesomest car you can find for sale on the interwebs for less than 5 gees.

How do we determine under 20K?

Are we using an out the door price? or just the MSRP?

Okay... I can live with under 20k (although I'm still morally opposed to it), but under 5K used is just ridiculous. Not to say you can't find gems, but how do you know what kind of condition it's really in until you actually see it? Plus, I really just don't want to have to do that much research.
