The fences at that overpass diamond were 350 feet.
Good luck hitting a softball (flight restricted) that far! I mean...I can but...
Better yet, explain what the h--- I am doing swinging at that high one in picture 2?
And then there is the interesting batting stance in picture 3? I won't divulge who that is (sportsjunky) of course.
Good post FKA, I predict a solid 12-11 come from behind victory in game 1, then a let down 18-3 loss in game 2.

Yep, the asspicker in question is Locke.
Good Lord I need to abandon that batting stance.
Rhettzky called and he is a late scratch for today.

Just heard from Lynne...can't make it.
Nice, however she asked her friend to come and play.
Her name is Barb, she plays or used to play a ton of slo pitch.

I would, but the general anesthetic I'm using precludes me from any and all travel.
Ie, my ankle is currently FUBAR and I'm drinking the pain away to the point where not only can I not stand, I can barely see.
All of a sudden I'm thankful for the large gaps between games this month.
I'll be ready for the next set of games.

Yikes. No subs on first double header of the year makes for some tired Puckers. Conserve energy folks, lets just hit homers.
