Well the way I see it there will likely be a Game 5 now...

HIT101, Friends of the Hitmen.

Sad to see the Hitmen lose a game, but good to see a team that can compete with them. We'll get it back tomorrow.

Nice game tonight, glad the Rockets won. Now only 3 more to go. Although I do hope it goes 7 games, with the Rockets winning the final one.

Hitmen have been much better tonight. Up 1-0 right now, just past the midway point of the 2nd period.

The Hitmen are in huge trouble. The Rockets lead 3-1 with 10 minutes left in the 3rd.

Hitmen had so many chances in the 2nd period to go up at least 2 goals. Also their powerplay has shot blanks so far. Jones is also getting outplayed by the Kelowna's goalie. Got to add the ice has been bad for the 2 home games. Bouncing and rolling pucks and guys tripping over themselves.

Hitmen shot themselves in the foot not capitalizing in the 2nd period and on their PP and then totally falling asleep the first 10 minutes of the 3rd period. Jones needs to be much better too. He wasn't very good in the Brandon series and didn't look good on some of the goals in the 3rd. It also feels like it's been forever since a Calgary team has won a playoff game.

Not to mention the first goal he let in last night was really weak too. All season Jones has looked amazing and now he is looking pretty rattled.

Man, that Backlund kid is pretty good, eh?

The Rockets have constantly gotten better since he joined the team.

Good stuff!

Like I've said all year, Kelowna was a completely different (middle-of-the-pack) team before the trade deadline.

That said, the fact that it's going back to K-town with the Hitmen down 2-0 is, in a word, shocking.

As great as the Rockets have been playing, it is just stupid, stupid, stupid errors by Calgary that is leading to the goals. Keith Seabrook cost the team three goals last night, and two of them were because he was standing around like an idiot, doing nothing as his man went to the net unmolested and unchecked. Brandon Kozun, of all people, leaving his defensive position to try and throw a check, missing entirely, creating another odd man rush that cost us the third goal last night.

For all the talent they have, Kelowna has to be the most dreadfully boring hockey team on earth. Trap trap trap trap trap trap trap. Just like any other trapping team, they bore you to death then pounce on mistakes. And, of course, it is the sloppy, unforced mistakes that are ending up in our net. The ones caused by some kind of pressure by Kelowna we're able to save.

And then there is the powerplay, which has been a joke to rival the Flames this series...

Took in last nights game. Thanks Firefly.

Have to agree with what Resolute said in his post. We looked horrible last night. Not the same team that finished with the best record in the Dub.

Got my tix for game 5, thanks Firefly! In reality, I hope the Rockets can win it all in 7 games, so that I can take in two games. If not game 7, then it would be great to see Kelowna win it all in game 5.

What's with this team? No heart. Not playing smart hockey.

Fire Lowry.

Trade Sonne.

Jones is not good value.
