When I was going through the schedule for May, it looks like they only have 1 ice time at Fairview for the entire month of May, as well as 1 ice time each monday at Crowchild. They must have struck a deal with Bowness and Chestemere or something.

In reality, there's no reason why we shouldn't have more games at Bowness. That's a pretty decent drive for you isn't it?

Yeah, I really don't mind the driving, its just if we have more rinks available, why not use them? It'd be nice for us westerners to have a break from going to NESS 15 times, CHES 10 times and ECTA 5 times a season.

I'm trying to book some ice here for the 6th or 7th. Thinking we could have a Puckers scrimmage vs. any one else on CP who wants to come out. I've sent a book request to the city for a few times, but there isn't much going on out there in terms of available ice times.

I know it's a far drive for you, but maybe try calling south fish creek arena directly. I know they often have ice times available, but you have to talk to their rink rat.

11:45 at S. Fish Creek on Wed or Thurs. That too late for most people? $145. I haven't booked it yet. I'll wait to see if the city gets back to me with other bookings first. ~$8/person (20 people + 2 goalies who play free)

I just don't want to book it and have people not show.

Well I'm sure we're in no danger of the ice time being snatched up, so I'll make some calls tonight and see what I come up with.

That's getting a little close to the game on Tuesday, however. But if people still want to play around, I'm up for it.

BTW - I read that most of your guys games are in bowness. I am a sub for your guys team I am literally right across the river from bowness park so if you need last minute I could make it easily.
