I kind of agree--but then, my view is that a naked dude in a park really isn't hurting anybody. Give him a ticket--or if you're really a martinet, arrest him and sit his bare ass down in the back seat of a squad car.
Tasers are for guys who are threatening or in some way dangerous. Not weirdos that won't obey your commands.

Exactly. No, he wasn't hurting anyone, but he was naked in a public place. That is against the law. He was asked several times nicely to put his clothes back on and there would be no problems.
When a cop tells you to do something, especially something as reasonable as this, you do it.
This moron has no one to blame but himself and the people in the background booing and stuff are just as stupid.
Is it just popular now to hate cops? Lame.

I'm of the same view. There is no way you have to repeatedly taser a guy in the neck just because he won't cover up his tiny penis. Agreed. Ticket him or sit him down, but there is no reason to make such a spectacle out of putting one drunken weirdo down in front of a crowd.
The wizard was clearly a ######, and I think the cops were pretty reasonable in the beginning. He clearly was ignoring their repeated requests. Still... are the only options do what the cops tell you or get tazed a couple times?
I mean, I appreciate he's breaking the law but not all legal transgressions are the same. They could have ticketed him and transported him to their paddy wagon. Big cops like that ought to be able to menace him into submission. How would they have handled it if they didn't have tazers?

Except we only see videos in which tasers WERE used. 99% of all police calls don't involve tasers. This dude was causing a disturbance, resisting arrest, and was nude in public. I don't really see the problem here at all.
