I guess the guy is a "grower" and not a "shower".........
Cops need to be in better shape than that though..............as if it took 3 of them to subdue one avergae sized drunk guy.

Thing with cops is that they need to subdue someone without injuring the person or themselves. I am sure one of them could have done it with the baton, but the naked dude would have been in the hospital with a fractured skull.
