Default Timecode burning to DVD

Need to send out a DVD with Audio channel 2 having Timecode. Anyone here do that, or knows WTF that means?

LOL - that was very helpful....

Anyway problem solved.... The TC is used to link Closed Captioning. This Toronto company is talking from their behind about TC on the 2nd audio track.

Were you just on Creative Cow??? Same question popped up there.

Yes, TC cues the closed captions but we often have TC on channel 2 or any channel for that matter. Most times it is when you want to carry the source audio TC through the dubbing process. Doubtful it would be used for the captioning but more as a reference back to the source audio. This is done more so on editors cassettes rather than DVDs though.

My colleague was on creative cow asking. We were both frantically asking forums.
