Just had some foccacia bread with Bruschetta and a Lina's pizza. Tonight I'm getting gnocchi and then Tira Misu for dessert.
BTW biggest pet peeve EVER: It is pronounced brusketta, not brushetta. the CH is a hard c sound.

and technically, brusketta is referring to the bread toasted over charcoal, not the tomato.

True, but in NA for whatever reason bruschetta can mean either just the tomato, the bread or both.

I had a left over sirloin that I barbecued last night, along with some potatoes that were also done on the barbecue. My barbecued steaks rule. Really. My daughter won't even order steak from restaurants because they can't compete with mine. Not even steak places like The Keg. Okay, I'll quit bragging now.

I believe they freeze it, or at least cool it, so it doesn't run, and then pour the chocolate around it.

|
My cousin was asked by his neighbour, who worked at a funeral home, to go on a road trip with him to pick up a body. They drove the hearse from Lethbridge to Saskatoon (or was it Regina?) to pickup the body. My cousin thought they were picking up somebody, not a dead body. He was a bit creeped out by it.

a compound in asparagus is metabolised into a sulfur compound by an enzyme in certain people. Some people have the enzyme, some people have a nose for the sulfur compound. Apparently, you have both

Why do movies and car commercials feel the need to always film on wet pavement.
The sky is blue and the desert is dry, yet the pavement is extra black and wet.
Who are they fooling?

I really noticed this watching Body of Lies. They are in 40C heat at night and for some reason all the roads are glistening.
