I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread considering there's already a few threads on running right now, but I didn't really want to derail those ones.
I'm big on listening to music while I run because its a good distraction, and if its upbeat and fast I really find it helps me push harder. I'm always looking for more songs to add to my playlist. So for those who like to listen to music while running, what's on your playlist?
I have alot of USMC run cadence songs that I got off BT. I find it very useful to actual mouth the song along with. I know that sounds weird but WTF.

I was doing that for a while, but I'd always end up skipping past most of the songs because they were too slow to run to. That's why I've been trying to compile a playlist only of songs that I find are really good to run to, so that I don't have to skip past any crappy ones.
Don't run but when I'm on the elliptical my playlist includes:
Undead - Hollywood Undead
The Good Left Undone - Rise Against
Future Foe Scenarios - Silversun Pickups
Better - Guns N Roses
Feel Good Drag - Anberlin
Enemy - Drowning Pool
Comfortable Liar - Chevelle
Everybody Get Dangerous - Weezer
Downfall - Trust Company
Wherever I Stand - Taproot
Hearts Burst Into Fire - Bullet For My Valentine
I'll probably be adding these songs to it soon:
There's No Secrets This Year - Silversun Pickups
Panic Switch - Silversun Pickups
Brother - Pearl Jam
Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf (Really hard and fast rock that still is catchy and melodic enough for me to enjoy as someone who usually doesn't like hard rock or metal)
Pixies - Death to the Pixies (this one is pretty good, but some slower parts that make you remember you are running)
Justice - A Cross the Universe (Live Dance music, really fast and will make you want to move like none other)
Fear of the Dark - Iron Maiden
Discipline - NIN
Navras - not sure by whom
Spitfire - Prodigy
Disco Science - Mirwais (sp?)
pretty much anything from Death From Above 1979

Reason: I reversed my formatting midway through my post for some reason.
I listen to a lot of variety, but often time I like stuff like Tool when I run. Most of their music has a build in intensity, and they have long songs. Listen to 5-6 and you're done your run.
