A Privacy Commissioner's ruling against an Alberta library that electronically monitored an employee's computer use means employers have lost one objective way of measuring workers' performance, says the library's director.

This is pretty interesting.
I am pretty sure alot of companies in Alberta do keep track of employees surfing habits and what not.

I wonder if that is next to go.

I know a guy who used a keystroke logger to bust his live-in girlfriend for having an affair. Funny thing was, she was just as ticked at him for invading her privacy. THAT was a baaad break-up...

One of my ex's broke into my school email. Broke up with her shortly after that. I knew she invaded my privacy, so I would do shinguard just to see if she would "catch" me.

All in all, it was a pretty bad break-up, but we remaind friends for a while after that.
