I am partially ashamed to say it...but I do quite enjoy this show. I like the celebrity version the best, and even though I barely know who any of these people are I still find it much more entertaining than the normal version!

I'm a bit surprised with the obvious... it seemed Trump fired Dennis for being a drunk. Can you do that in a real business environment, fire someone for being an alcoholic? I mean, I can understand why you would... just thought there were rules about using a personal habit/issue like that as a reason for firing.
Not that any of this applies to the show... just kind of wierd to have Trump essentially say, "Dennis, you're a drunk and you're fired".

we watch it too ... much to my similiar shame ..
my biggest issues with the show is that is billed as a "business competition", when in fact it is more like a "lemonade stand contest".
also, i was really dismayed by Trumps pimping of scandal ridden ACN. it is a glorified Amway style MLM and I cant believe he put his brand behind it. Maybe he has shares? I hate the cross marketing (with the commericals of the company that is being pimped in the show), although I understand it pays the bills.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the top 2 at the end. If I had to pick one woman, I think it could be Joan. Why is Chloe even on the show? Useless girl. My next choice to go, Clint (he's a little weiner) and Annie. I can't think of her name, but the gorgeous blonde playboy girl is doing pretty good too, and Donald totally has the hots for her.

Good post, I could understand about 40% what Rodman says, he said "heres some cookies out the a$$" about 10 times before I could understand he was saying "out the a$$", took me forever to figure it out.
Jesse James is my favorite, for the guys. On the women, I like the two hotties (playboy and the golfer). The playboy girl (forget her name right now), seems very smart, which I wouldn't except. But I think of all the women, Joan takes it, way to much experience, as fugly as her face is.
And I agree about Chloe, why? Why is she there? She isn't a celebrity, she isn't even one of the people who suffer from the "My family is rich and I am hot, and I party, so I am famous", like Paris, and her sister Kim. Kim is the famous one (she isn't, but you know what I mean), and she gets on. She seems ######ed.

Trump did not fire Rodman because he was a drunk, Trump fired Rodman because he was pointed out as the problem on the losing team. The drinking was easily the thing to point fingers at, but bottom line was Rodman wasn't there for his team... especially as project manager.
I don't think not drinking would have helped Rodman. I think he could be a smart guy, a great guy to be around, but something must have F'd him up when he was younger that he has to be this 'bad boy' tatooed pierced freak of nature to feel comfortable. I bought his jersey when he was with the Bulls. I liked him as a player, but after watching last night, I don't like him as a person based on reality TV editing. I believe he could be a great guy, but chooses to be over the top odd.
I'll also jump on the "I Like Jessie James" train. I've liked him since his "Monster Garage" days. He takes no BS, and gives none either. When someone who has had a problem tells you that you have that same problem, you have that problem.
I did not know about JJ's substance abuse problems until last night, and I'm actually surprised. 9 years sober is nuts. I tried to go as long as I could without a drink this year, and made it 3 weeks. I experienced ridicule from friends and family as I don't have a 'problem', but as it's something I tried for myself. I couldn't imagine 9 years right now.
I'm excited for the guys. Those 4 have shown they can work well together, but it looks like they may be split up next week.
Loved the line last night: "We have two of the greatest athletes that Amercian sports have ever seen sitting right here. Look at the contrast." The defense rests.

+1 for another Jessie fan. Has the creativity, work ethic, business sense and people management skills to win it all plus I don't think he's pulled in his and Sandra Bullock connections yet for fundraising. Only true entrapaneur IMO in the group.
All signs are pointing towards a Jessie/Joan final.
Felt sorry for Rodman last night. Some hard truths told.

With the way we're all falling in love with Jessie you'd think we were Sandra Bullock.

I guess I recall it differently. I remember Trump saying, before finding out the women's results, that he was considering firing Rodman. Trump even made a point of saying it was an odd situation, as he was already leaning toward firing Rodman before knowing which team won, as a result of Jesse James bringing the problem up. I thought it looked pretty obvious that the verdict was that Rodman was a great, effective guy (true or not), it was his drinking that was his problem. I don't recall hearing anything negative about him beyond that, in fact they were all fakely supportive... all Rodman's being a 'problem on the losing team' was alcohol related. I could be wrong though.

Potato, Potato... I guess. I don't think it was because he got drunk. I'm sure that if Rodman was a productive drunk, he'd still be there. It was his actions while drinking that he was fired, but I don't think he was fired for being drunk... if that makes any sense.

I am kind of curious as to what the two guests that Rodman left with put on their comment cards.
It must have been a wild night.

Oh my gosh, The Donald lost his mind tonight! Ok..I think axing someone for volunteering was right..but Chloe? don't get me wrong, in any other situation I would have agreed, but Clint was such a major DICK! tonight..I would have fired them both..if he felt it was so important to fire Chloe (like he said, he never would have hired her in the first place, so good, fire her) but he should have fired her and Clint and noone else in my opinion.

I agree, but he's always fired people that put their heads on the chopping block.
I would have also fired Joan just for poisoning her team.
If I was running the apprentice the show would last a week because I would be firing everyone.

Joan had every right to be a pain in the butt tonight, how could you work with an idiot like Clint?

Donald said that he had no idea that Khloe had a DUI. After what happened to Dennis and his pure distaste for drunk driving, I think he wanted to fire Khloe regardless of how poorly anyone would have performed this week. It did make sense in a Donald Trump kind of way... I just felt for T-Boz because she had such a promising performance last week and unfortunately she made the Bradford mistake.

I'm always amazed the Donald gets away with talking to fellow celebrities in such an arrogant manner. I'd like to see someone stand up to him.
Clint made a horrible video - how he didn't get fired for it makes no sense. Trump was making judgments on things entirely outside the show.
Idiot.

As much as Khloe should have been fired by now, I found it pretty offensive. If someone made a mistake in the past and is already paying the price, he shouldn't be using that against them and punish them some more. I would put money on the fact he has an employee with a DUI on their record.
