Things are really tightening up in the West. Unless I go at lease 3-1-1 in my final 5 games my team is going to miss the playoffs. Hard to hold off two teams who win their last 8 games! This next week should really see things heat up as most teams actually play some games.

Glad to get back in the win column against a very tough Atlanta squad. Hopefully we can keep up some good play and keep our home ice advantage in round 1.

Pens get their revenge as the Thrashers lose 3-2 to the Pens after beating them earlier in the week. The Thrashers have 5 games remaining and are still trying to lock up 2nd in the East. Hopefully we can do that in the next couple of games so we can rest some players for the playoffs. Speaking of rest, Atlanta gets the next 2 days off to rest up before facing the Coyotes.

I know what you mean here. Feels like every time I look at the scores there is zero help from the other teams! I guess backing into the playoffs is out of the question here.

Huge win that puts us in the 8th and final spot. Can we sustain the play and hold on to a playoff position? Anything is possible and if the PK continues to shine we could hold on. Devils went 0-6 on the PP in this game. We will need this effort to continue.

Things get a whole lot harder today with a possible first round preview with the very talented Sharks. Everyone will need to bring their A game if there is any hope to win!!
