Exactly.

He's basically saying "I'm sorry you wimps were offended, you need to learn to take a joke."

The truth is he stands by his comments and thinks Canada is like France in his worldview, wimps, cowards and not deserving of respect.

Its obvious if this is the apology, its simply on paper not even close to heartfelt like the side show comedian who did seem genuinely sorry.

Thankfully unlike the Daily show this Redeye has like 10 viewers, so really also a bonus there, he'll live on in obscurity and be raped by porcupines.
