Default "Spiderman" saves 8 year old autistic boy..

Very cool story.

Quote:
A Thai fireman turned superhero when he dressed up as comic-book character Spider-Man to coax a frightened eight-year-old from a balcony, police said Tuesday.

"I told him Spider-Man is here to rescue you, no monsters are going to attack you and I told him to walk slowly towards me as running could be dangerous," Somchai told local television.

Somchai said he keeps the Spider-Man costume and an outfit of Japanese television character Ultraman at the station in order to liven up school fire drills.
I was totally wondering why the guy just had a costume around.

What the frick.

First I post the Family Guy reference and that gets repeated like 3 posts later.

Then I post the reason the guy had the costume and that gets repeated like 3 post later.

Am I on a lot of people's ignore list or something? Or do people just constantly skip my posts because they never have substance?

Anyone else think if the episode of Family Guy with the cutscene to Amy Grant and the dying kid getting a gift card from a fat guy in a Spiderman costume?

Dammit as soon as I saw the title I said to myself "everybody gets one ... oh gotta post that one". Turns out I'm not terribly original.

Good thinking on the fly from the guy. I imagine if I needed a superhero costume immediately it would take me at the very least 45 minutes.

It was 2 posts and only 3mins later. It took me that 3 mins to find the picture I was looking for. I did not feel the need to remove my post because I put the work in finding the picture.

Don't flip Flip.
