Eight no votes out of 29 will sink the whole thing. And that includes votes from the Toronto Marlies and the Providence Bruins. So only 6 other teams will have to say no....and, from what I've heard, none of the other 7 teams in the division are too thrilled about this move, some much more than others.
If KK can't get a face-to-face meeting and they go with a conference call, it's even a bigger problem....
