A lot of this is targeting developers I think.

That is definitely great news for the GPS! It's definitely exceeded my expectations.

The only two things on my iPhone wishlist are tethering and Flash. I can't see Flash being announced today but hopefully we get tethering. Background processing would have also been nice, but they went for push notification instead.

I'll take push. Background processing would have been great, but at the same time just imagine the slowdown. I don't think I could have taken that. Push does pretty much solves my problems.
c'mon mms and copy and paste!

No so much slowdown as terrible battery performance. But I wish they wouldn't restrict background running of apps that don't use major battery drains.
Or if Apple would support themes like you can have in Winterboard when you jailbreak.

So they're allowing ESPN streaming live video but not accepting the Sling Media app? Wow.

MMS!
Edit: Adding text, so I can post "MMS" instead of "Mms."
Also, I like the Voice Memos bit.
...and CalDAV (like Google Calendars, etc)
... SEARCH! (in mail, messages, etc etc) <--- this is all kinds of win, btw
... Spotlight!! (one of my favourite things about OSX)

Free (this summer) for iPhones. MMS and Stereo Bluetooth won't work on iPhone 2G (original).
9.99 for Touches.
