I wouldn't do that. The characters do a LOT of really stupid things in later seasons but it's worth keeping with it for the finale.

I work with 90+% males, and there is more politics, backstabbing, BS, and gossip than anywhere else I've ever worked. It sucks. I went from having my best day at work earlier this week in a long time, to having a craptacular day today.

I love that Filet O'Fish McDonald's commercial with the singing fish on the wall.

Two curling questions, and I used to play a little bit, so I should know...but I don't.
Inturns and outturns. How do you know the difference?
And sweeping causes the pebbles to get worn out so it goes straighter, no? So how come by the end of a game, the pebbles aren't so worn out that the rocks don't curl anymore?

Inturn you twist your wrist in to you, causing the rock to go to the right. Out turn you twist your wrist away from you, causing the rock to go left.
I'll take a stab at the second question but I'm not 100% sure...the pebbles get worn out, but not much, so there is a little less curl at the end of a game...I think this is right, but I could be completely out to lunch.
Edit---Baha, this thing finally made it to the 50th page! Thank god haha.

Berger's explanation about the turns is correct, but I'll add a bit about the second question:
The reason that sweeping causes a stone to go straight isn't because it wears down the pebble, but rather because the the friction of the brushes actually create a thin (almost microscopic) layer of water between the ice and the rock, which reduces friction. Within a matter of seconds, this layer freezes again, and the pebble is worn down only slightly. So that's why a swept rock will go straight, but the next rock on the same patch of ice will curl if not swept. It's also why you can't just sweep way ahead of the stone, except to clean the ice.

Why does the thread tell me I'm on page 148 of 150 but if I click on 150 it simply refreshes page 148?

I came northbound off the 2a to the first road (the main drag, i assume). No sign.
I needed to get to 18th for that minute lube by the A&W (which wasn't directly on 18th, i later found). I passed 2 roads, no signs. Thankfully, 18th street had a sign. Turned down there, didn't find what I needed. Called where I needed to go, got back on that drag and saw no more street signs. At least 3 intersections. Do you put them somewhere special? Maybe I'm just used to seeing them on the traffic light poles.

There's a girl who enjoys getting ran by a train.
Or railed. Whichever you prefer.
Notice her position.

fake? I'd imagine a the train over the girl would completely darken her out of that pic. But that 4th pic does have the white of the train washing her out. hmm... maybe a real photographer could take a better guess.
