They are just good fun. Don Johnson's heartbeat has always been a favorite of mine. I didn't care about Milli Vanilli being lip sync fakery. It was sort of funky fun in the late 80s cliched way. It's good to listen to and smile.
I like that the "manifesto" is to reclaim music for the individual or whatever.
And yet, you're going to go through tens or hundreds of famous pop tunes on a website that just so happens to be owned by a distributor of said famous pop tunes. Hmmmmm.
