Default Django vs Rails

OK I'm all over the place on this. I've spent two weeks now trying to decide between these two frameworks. I don't really have anything super-hella-funky in mind, I'm just trying to settle on a language/framework and then learn it.

So... Rails vs Django is a go!

I enjoy programming in Python, therefore I like Django. Django also has an admin interface for any application you build, so that's kind of nice. I last developed on Django 0.96, so a lot probably changed now that they're at Django 1.0.

Why just compare Rails to Django? If you're looking at frameworks, PHP/Zend should be in the mix as well.

Yeah, PHP is this generations BASIC but it's still the most prevelent web language out there (excluding the .NET stack).
