Thanks to Kris, Jeff and Cam for running a smoothe ship, and thanks to all the GMs who showed up for making their selections.
It will prove VERY interesting over the next month or so when the other league makes their picks and we see who here did the best job at stealing players in the 4th annual CPHL Entry Draft.
Now its on to UFAs and Cap shift for the 2005/06 season.
Well done everyone!

Awesome work by the guys behind the scenes. I know Fire must have been a busy guy with all the ground work he had done already.
The whole show was really smooth and well planned. Nice speedy job keeping things moving. So fast that some of us were caught sleeping by the time we drafted in Round 4 :P Sorry about that

Hey Pointman, how good is Martin Hanzal going to be?
Any idea?

I would definitely take any of Becky's picks over him.
I wonder, how long will it take you to land Crosby. You were targetting him since last October if not earlier.

Thanks. You might as well post it on the main board. If the thread about mock lottery by TSN gathered about 20 replies, this probably can attract some attention.

I also send my thanks for guys running the draft...well done. I feel I made out ok, I gave up Kopitar, who was available at #6, and Bergenheim for Nolan but I want to be some what competitive now. I was disappointed that Kohn and DuPont didn't make it to the end of the 3rd round but I got one Hitmen. I am hoping Michal Gulasi develops into a good solid dman.
Well done everyone.

So that's why I traded the pick?

Well done folks...looks like all went smoothly.
Big props to Cam, KG and Flam for doing this...you have no idea how much work it is.
Also a big personal thank you to FF for making my pick for me....no question it is the steal of the entire draft.

Thanks to the guys behind the scenes. Everything went smoothly and each of us really appreciates it.
The experience in itself was a little overwhelming for me. You really have to be prepared. I hope I didn't slow anything down.
Thank you!

Great job to everyone, even though I wasnt around. I feel like I missed out. I need to find a cozy little job somewhere that does not force me to work long hours on the weekends.
